Developer's Announcement

- Will be writing my weekly announcement in pin points starting this week

- Tried to find the best gameplay style by trying out different NPC behaviors

- Still not satisfied with the current gameplay

- Thinking of adding day and night time system for overall gameplay

- Also will be working on the save system for faster gameplay development (faster debugging) and the consideration of the future game scale


 

New Features and Updates

 

( Transparency Blink Animation )

Stations that are selected from menu now indicates in a transparency animation.


    

( Coin Animation )

Coin flip animation has updated and added.


( New Station! "Stack Table" )

Stores maximum food amount of 6 that are not cooked.


"Stack Table" will be the first example of a modified station. Players will have a choice to upgrade basic stations to modified stations for various situations in later updates.

 

( Gameplay Update )

NPC will now have a random hunger and patient level data when spawned

By calculating the hunger level percentage of every NPC, they will move towards and stop by to order food


Maximum of 3 NPC will stop by. The maximum value will be able to get upgrades in the future station modify update that was mentioned during "Stack Table".

 

When players interact with the NPC that are stopping by for food order, it will assign a food order for players to serve. Also, a timer will be shown above the interacted NPC


Time limit is set by calculating the patient level percentage of a waiting NPC. Players will need to serve the food order before time runs out.

 

 

Bug Fixes

 

( Cooked Food Retrieve )

Cooked foods will not get retrieved to food inventory.

 

 Please feel free to comment, if there are bugs for me to fix during the play process of the demo! (first comment who finds a bug during the gameplay will be mentioned as a honor for next week's update post)
